Morning Breakfast/Coffee Habit: Do buy breakfast or coffee at Starbucks in the morning? If you do, you can start saving probably 3-5 a day by eliminating these things. Many we don’t think about because breakfast food is usually cheap compared lunch and dinner. So spending a few dollars in the money does look that bad. However, if you eliminated this habit you could save between $20-30 a week, and $80 to $120 a month.

AC/Heating System- Keeping your thermostat at medium temperature will save you money year round rather than changing the temperature everyday

Eliminate Your Gym/Fitness Membership: Look at how monthly fitness club membership and see how much you’re paying monthly. Are you going to the gym enough times to justify the cost? For example, A $50 a month gym membership costs you $600 a year. Being proactive, couldn’t you find much cheaper alternative or just cancel altogether and work at home. Exercising is necessary in your life, but saving money at time doing it is a win-win situation.

Cell Phone Extras: Are you paying for ringtones or new phone applications every month. Mobile companies are smart because they only charging you a few dollars a month for these perks and applications.  If you have subscribe to two or more of these services you might spending a pretty penny when you add the total cost for the year. Do yourself a favor and use your phone for it’s intended purpose and that’s for talking.
